The Society for Community Empowerment and Advocacy (SOCEA) is a community-focused organization dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening communities, and promoting social justice. We believe that every person deserves equal access to opportunities, resources, and support regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances.
We organize inclusive initiatives that encourage social connection, cultural understanding, and community participation.
Everyone’s journey is different, and sometimes navigating life’s challenges requires additional guidance and support.
We believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect.
Our monthly workshops and seminars focus on issues that directly impact our communities.
The Sopuruchi Prize is a scholarship initiative by the Society for Community Empowerment and Advocacy (SOCEA). We believe financial limitations should never prevent brilliant and purpose-driven students from pursuing their education. This scholarship supports students who are passionate about using education to solve real social and community challenges.
Every program, workshop, advocacy effort, and scholarship contributes to a stronger and more equitable society.
