The Society for Community Empowerment and Advocacy is a community building organization dedicated to providing legal advocacy and community building initiatives to disadvantaged communities in British Columbia.
Creating an empowered people one person at a time. SOCEA envisions a society where even the poorest of us is afforded the dignity of representation at their point of need.
Using tools such as legal advocacy and community building services, we have as a mission the empowerment of historically marginalized communities. We believe that a province where the law works for everyone is possible.
We believe institutions and people can and should be trust worthy.
We owe it to our community, clients and friends to be honest and truthful as we handle and represent them
